Q: hey i have recieved a failure to signal ticket... its been over 3 weeks the officer has not sent the ticket in the keep

telling me to call back shouldnt the ticket be void i have the ticket but i called the court house and they do not know where the ticket is i cant pay it online cause it says ticket is not there u think he gave me a break?

A: In NJ, police officers generally give you the ticket immediately; no tickets are mailed.
