Q: The landlord is refusing to fix issues in the house as indicated on the walkthrough papers and the lease, what can we do

The landlord is using aggressive language and refusing to complete a conversation and treating us in a harassing manner. The real estate agent also lost our walkthrough papers and says there is nothing he can do.
