Asked in Sexual Harassment for Pennsylvania

Q: Hello, I have a situation that I would like to ask about the laws regarding that and Any legal consequences

Ok so our science teacher is extremely touchy and even has made remarks before. One thing that happened to me was I was talking to him and instead of just standing appropriately near me he stood right behind me barely any room between us and stood there for a while with his hands rested on my shoulders why he was talking to me. This made me feel very violated obviously and still makes me feel uncomfortable around him and emotionally distressed. This is the most common thing I have Been hearing as many girls have been talking about situations happening with him Another girl claimed more than one about him playing with her along with complimenting in front of the whole class that she was pretty. So generally he gets way too inappropriately close to students. I have heard about this happening with him many times since school has started and I am planning on getting some students and talking to the school . So I'm asking iis this a form of sexual misconduct and what can I do in legal terms
