Q: If I have a case open for almost 3 years and the person working in my case don't shows me result what can I do

You should always understand what is going on in your immigration case. If you don't, you need to call your attorney and get more information. Some immigration cases can take a long time due to visa backlogs or court backlogs. Without more information about your case I am unable to give you more detailed advice. I do encourage you to talk to your attorney. If you feel like you are not getting accurate information you should ask for a copy of your case file and take it to another attorney for a consultation. That may help you make sure you are not being ripped off.
