Q: Will the DA charge Domestic Violence based on pictures and a Witness who only saw the injury after?
Can the DA charge you with Domestic Violence if a person provided a story and pictures of an injury? Also, if the person had told the story after the alleged incident and the person saw the injury? All of this in a police report.
