Q: I live in a Mobil home park in portsmouth there is a weight limit also 25 pounds. My neighbor has a full german shepard
I have made a written complaint to management also the owner of park. Gone to DBR of R.I. This dog lunges at me and my company on a daily basis animal control will not do anything to help me. I can not move freely on my property which states in my lease if this occurs contact management. Please help me this is a very scarey situation. I cant have my wedding here at my home because this women and her dog are a nuisance. Animal control said call management. Management said call animal control have documentation of results passing the buck. Please help me resolve this matter of this women using this dog as a weapon. When the dog lunges at me the owner says good dog. I even called the attorney general stated they dont handle dog affairs.
