Q: What is my cousins rights about the property purchased here in US while married and now processing the divorce?

My cousin (female, filipino citizen, redising in UAE) married to American (caucasian who is working abroad UAE under US company) they got married in UAE and after marriage they came to USA as Tourist visa (refering to my cousin) and husband purchased a house and lot. Now they are in the process of divorce and my cousin wants to know if she have a legal rights to the property even though her name wasnt in the contract as part owner. My cousin’s petition was on hold due to the fact that the husband quit the US company and cannot continue the process because as their lawyer said she has to be in the united states to complete the petition but they did not do it because of work. So i dont know what rights does she have? Is she entitled to have 50% ownership since the property purchased while happily married. Can she still file a petition so she can live here in USA too? Pls help need answers before we pay for a lawyer.
