Q: I am looking for an atty, 1) admitted to federal court, to file a suit against a forensic accountant, I have the proof
I have paid for a forensic accounting by Frazier Deeter in GA, and they have discovered MALPRACTICE, & Gross Negligence on the part of the Forensic accountant. The accounting firm is in Alabama. The trustee and trust atty are in Alabama. I also allege that the trustee, has stolen (actutally, the atty admitted in court Sept 25, 2017 that is what happened to my money)$65,000 out of my trust and paid it to the trust atty for HIS legal fees in violation of a court order, ordering that the funds be returned to my trust account. I live in Atlanta, in Fulton County. I need an atty to go into Federal court that can file suit against the Accounting firm to start with, against the E&O insurance, and then file against the trustee and the trust atty too. Perhaps also file criminal charges against the trustee and trust atty too.

I'm sure you can find an attorney who will consider taking your case, if you look hard enough and if your case has merit. An attorney can sue the accounting firm, the trustee and the trust attorney. He or she cannot file criminal charges, or even threaten to file criminal charges, and cannot sue the E&O carrier. If a person or company with E&O insurance is sued, they contact their E&O carrier, who may or may not step in and defend.
