Q: Canmy friends gf threatened him jail time for excommunicating himself from her if shes the victim of his domestic charge
He is considered the abuser in this case and is almost done with his probation after messing it up 5x (not related to his charge) but if shes completely nuts because she keeps threatning him jail time if he does anything as not text her back, tries ending the relationship, excommunicating himself from her. Can she do that? Is that legal? Who would even want to stay in a relationship with their abuser or in a abusive relationship
