Q: Do i have a legal right to know where my child's father resides, if my child visits every other weekend?

I have legal and physical custody.. he has visits every other weekend..

A: Yes, you should know where the children are staying unless there has been an order that his address not be disclosed. This is especially the case where he does not have joint legal custody. Is he alleging he was the victim of abuse? That would be the reason for a limit on this disclosure. Usually, however, this is not the case and the other person is being difficult. You can seek a Modification to specifically have this conduct addressed by the Court.
