Q: Should I bring my 16 yr old son to court with me?
I have court November 8th for legal name change my son wants. His dad is contesting and filed contempt for visitation demanding our son go see him as ordered. My son wants to go to court to let the judge hear from him, his own words, why he wants his name changed and doesn't want to see his dad. Should I bring him to court with me or will it make me look bad?
