Q: can I take my child out of the county without a child custody agreement?
Recently separated trying to figure out everything. I want to go to Orlando to be closer to my family and have more help. Can I take my 2 year old with me and can her father call the cops on me or is it illegal considering he knows her location? Can the courts make me stay in Fort Lauderdale or can I move?we have no custody agreement yet
