Q: I’m filing for a restraining order against an ex for harassment but we hung out a few days prior. Can I still do it?
We hung out at her home when I was drunk and about 12 days later I told her not to contact me and to stay always and she then came to my house harassing me by banging on the doors and windows. However I’m worried that since I was hanging out with her prior I would not be granted the restraining order?
