Q: this took action in Millersville PA someone tell me what to do I want to continue my education
my landlord is requesting breaking lease fee more than she should ask for and refused to speak with me or set up payment plan and she locked me out without eviction notice because I was not able to pay rent for two months also she placed hold on my account at the university so I cant get my transcript she is requesting 5 month rent + late fees + damage fees up to 1125 $
when I asked for receipt of damages she said they did it them selves
this happen beginning of year I did not pay Jan or Fab an she changed locks and asked for rent of Jan till May however the list of payment she asked for show lock changed in 03/17/17
there was no notice of eviction or sheriff present she does not have pictures of any damages i need help because I can't register for classes and get my scholarship back without transcript
she also refused to turn it to collection agency because then she will be forced to remove the hold on my account at the university

Not sure why she is or can get a hold on your transcript. If univeristy says it's proper have them put it in writing.
As to the other issues, you may have a "conversion" issue on your posessions. Suggest you contact legal aid and if they can't help you ask if any members of their "housing unit" have gone into private practice and talk to them.
