Q: Can a credit card company garnish my SSDI payment? That is the only income I have.
I have 2 accounts that I am having trouble paying. One has gone to TrakAmerica and an attorney. No idea who, no contact from either. The other is ready to charge off. They may work with me on a hardship program. My income is SSDI and $824 a month. Can they garnish my account? Thank you so much.
