Q: What I can do and What will happen
I was recently in a car accident but did not invole anther vehicle or nor did anyone get hurt but totaled my vechile and damage a establishments gate police were invoked but was not written a ticket and my vehicle was towed so I’m wanting to know what can I expect to happen with legal matters and also wit me damaging a establishment property
A: You hopefully have insurance which will take care of the establishment's gate. If you don't have insurance, plan on paying it because otherwise your license will be suspended. For any suspension you may face worth at least getting a consultation with an attorney that handles suspensions in the county where you are charged.
