Q: My husband and I fought each other and we're both arrested for DV. Neither one of us are filling charges. Will they file
We went to court it says under review and wait for a letter of they decide to file. We both know that it was just an argument gone bad and is still together. We are not saying that we did anything to anyone.

as a rule they will file whether you want to drop charges or not. You are a witness and the State of California is the victim in the eyes of the law.
who called police?

be careful as they often do not call to let you know what they decided and then their is an outstanding bench warrant for your arrest on the charges..................you should always consider getting a lawyer involved. Basically you would each say you are going to take the 5th and not testify against the other.
