A: Congratulations! The visa you need also depends on when you wish to strat and how far along you are in actually starting the operations. You may need to take care of the initial setup first before applying for the visa. Please consult with an attorney familiar with both immigration and business laws so that you get a comprehensive overview of your options.

A: You should schedule a consultation with a competent immigration attorney who can evaluate your plans against what visa options may be available to you. For example, as a citizen of Georgia, you may be eligible for an E-2 investor visa. See https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/employment/treaty-trader-investor-visa-e.html To be certain, however, you should likely speak with an attorney knowledgeable in such matters.
