Q: Can I get a refund if I paid for an event that I cannot attend anymore?
Can I get a refund if I paid for an event that I cannot attend anymore? The FAQ says all sales are final, but when I emailed them, they said they would refund me if I bought another date. So would that mean they are going against their word of, "All sales are final" and "No transfers" ? Or can they do that, but all of a sudden not make an exception for refunds?
