Q: Guy u turned in front of me, he lied to officer/ insure. His lies caused me stress/ hardship at home & work. Case?

His Insurance company just called me and found him lying and at fault do to my pics of accident and damage. He also gave false statements and old Insurance info at accident to the Officer. He claimed I rear ended him and spun him around then struck the side! My truck got totalled. The stress from his lies and false statements, coming up with a down on another car at Christmas just so I can go to work stressed out and not able to get stuff done, stress on my family has been a nightmare ...can I go after him?

2. Your claim is for your non-stress injuries. Contact a member of the Az Trial Lawyers Assn in the county where the wreck happened--they give free consults.

3. Be sure to follow up with doctors for your injuries. Stess over the injury isn't ususally something you can collect for.
