Aurora, CO asked in Real Estate Law, Civil Litigation and Landlord - Tenant for Colorado

Q: What are you liable for post eviction as far as the lease goes.

It was more a constructive eviction. There was mold, high levels of mold in house. Landlord flat out said not going to fix it. Went to court, lost the eviction case. Judge said i owed no money to plantiff and a hearing would be set forth for my counter claim. The landlord preceeded to keep my deposit and still say i owed $4200 dollars on top of the deposit he kept. If the judge says i owe no money, does that meen i still owe money.
