Q: What can someone do about financial services who is undocumented and came through Canada to this country
To whom it may concern,
I am a case manager in the NYC shelter system funded by DHS {Department of Homeless Services} and I have a client who is a 67 year old female and came into this country through Canada and she was told that she cannot apply for any type of VISA, Green Card to work on the books. Is there any information you can provide that can help me to help her get out of the shelter system?
