Q: Hit by an SUV while biking through an intersection.. caused surgery, stress and major lifestyle changes.. case?
Due to surgery, I am no longer able to walk at this point and will have to undergo many months of rehabilitation. I am from Canada but I live in Arizona for 5 months during the winter. During these 5 months, I participate in many activities but women's softball in particular is my primary sport. I usually play 3-5 days a week and due to this accident I may have permanently lost the ability to play.
A: A lot depends on how the crash happened. You need to contact a barrister if the crash happened in Canada, if in Arizona, contact a member of the Az Trial Lawyers Assn for the county where it happened.
