Q: I was previously pulled over for a traffic violation. Which lead to my car being searched because of a weed smell.
The cop asked if he could search the vehicle. I allowed him. He said he found a roach in my ash tray. He then said that if there's anymore weed in the car you might as well tell me because I will find it. He found the other weed in a bag and took it for evidence and gave me a ticket and a court date. When I got back in my car I noticed that the roach was still in the ash tray. Which is why I was confused because he apparently found that roach. So the roach is still in my ashtray. What does this mean?
A: It sounds to me like he forgot to bag the roach. It doesn't mean anything really.
