If you want support you've got to go to court and ask for it. To get it you'll need to prove he's the biological father with DNA tests, unless he admits he's the father in court. The court can order the DNA tests be taken.
If he is found to be the father the court can order support. The court can also determine parenting time (formerly custody and visitation) if asked to do so.
