Stoughton, MA asked in Divorce and Family Law for Massachusetts

Q: My fiance is enduring a divorce (15 months so far) and new judge placed an order of no exposure to significant others...

Judge placed order saying this is how she handles all divorce cases because she feels it's in the child's best interest. But I have been living with the father and met his son and began to establish a relationship under the advisement of a child therapist before the new judge was assigned. This is because I'm pregnant and we plan on marrying when the time is right and his battle is over. I am high risk and less than 10 weeks from delivering this boy's new sibling. Since the order (July) I've had to spend thousands of dollars on hotel rooms for me during his overnight parenting time so that we are not in contempt. There is no reason other than judges personal morality that this order exists. Do we have any options to try to vacate the order forcefully or have it reviewed by another judge? We have filed motions but judge denies without allowing dialogue.
