Q: In va, can a slumlord who knows we arent moved out, , electric still on , rent YOUR place and leavethem my thingshe didn

Landlord , i can prove covered up but worse , went today, he knew we were coming , to get rest of what i had and he rented my house to couple and baby who were using all my belongings that landlord didnt steal. water leaking everywhere, blackmold everywhere, the whole trailer wasnt wired legally. Septic not correct, if even there, because mold comes out every drain, vint from heat an air,, and much more. Hes on my phone acknowledging that he was coming prior to this, to clean the mold, and stole my stuff, trashed the house so itd look like i was sloppy, and moved people in and use all my stuff and pulled 2 guns out, threatning us, landlord pulls up like he didnt know what he'd done wrong. This was today. Had no where in hotel to put stuff . What landlord didnt steal , he gave the new tenants. This was his fault an can prove that. But when we showed today to gather whats left of my belongings, only to find couple an baby living there, with my belongings, my lights,, theres a problem.

A: This sounds like a criminal matter. You should call the police and make a complaint.
