Q: my FHA mortgage loan was recorded after a week the mortgage broker is asking for more funds as they made a mistake
the explanation from the broker is that I didn't fill the FHA down payment requirements and now my loan is unsalable
What can be done in this case ?

A: You need to hire an attorney to review your loan docs. Those docs you signed govern not whatever is/was verbally said. If you signed to pay $x down then you have to pay $x down or you may be in breach of your loan agreement.
