My nephew and his son move to Tennessee from Oklahoma. My nephew came back to Oklahoma. He went back to get his son. He was told that he could not take his son. Because in Tennessee you have to be sworn in to be the child's father even though the child was born in Oklahoma and his name is on the birth certificate. My nephew was wanting to know what he can do about getting his son and bring him back to Oklahoma.
