Q: My husband's daughter is 18 and starting college classes this week. Does he need to continue to pay cs until may?
She turned 18 in September of 2017, but was still attending high school. She finished all of her high school requirements in December of 2017. She is starting college classes this week.
Latest court papers state nothing about college, only when child is 18 and finished with high school.
Her mother is saying he needs to pay until may of this year.
A:
No, but he may want to help Ex OR daughter with college expenses.

A: Always follow your court order. If your order states support stops when child is 18 and graduates high school, then it stops when she graduates.
