Q: The father of soon to be 3 of my kids and I split. He insists he doesn't have to pay child support because he is now
homeless and has no job. I recently found out he's been doing temp jobs and trying not get a real job because I filed for child support. Is this true he doesn't have to pay because its a temp job?
A: I believe the minimum is $40/mo. U have to prove his income. Its hard to do.
