Q: Tourist visa
I have a 10 year multiple entry tourist visa.( second renewal)
I have not stayed more than 2 months at any visit except once i stayed three months.
At Arizona twice i was given 1 year stay but i left in a months time.
This time too i have a year stay. My daughter is unwell and needs my help. I came in December 6 2017. Can i stay till
November 2018 this time. Otherwise i have to go in feb (2 1/2 months ) but return May end. WIll it be a problem for me to enter again in MAy or do i just stay back. Is it legal to stay for so long even if my visa allows
A: You can stay as long as you are permitted to do so. If it is not enough time, you can request an extension.
