Q: How much time does a father have to spend with his child to lower his child support?
Since i went to court in 2016 for child support with the mother of my child the court system has changed and she informed me that it now matter how much time I spend with my child as well as the amount her mother makes. I have always got her 50\50 but they did not ask me that when I was in court, now i am inform that it has changed and they know ask those questions. If i go to get my child support modified will they lower my child support?
