Q: Can probation be revoked?
My husband is on probation for. 1 year for domestic violence against me. He chased me through a parking lot and intentionally rear ended me. He was going 30mph through a parking lot when he did it. I saw him in my rearview mirror coming straight towards me.so scared. I'm currently restricted from working due to the injuries from that incident. Do I call the DA about this?
