Dunkirk, NY asked in Employment Law for New York

Q: I have a group of people in higher positions in my company rallying against me. What can I do?

I've gone to work everyday for almost two months, as if I have a target on my back. I've repeatedly gone to my immediate supervisor, and have reported the harassment with no rectification from any source. This has all stemmed from issues with a fellow employee. After months of being verbally harassed, bullied, humiliated, threatened and the emotional mistreatment I have endured, I'm completely exhausted emotionally as this whole ordeal is very stressful, as I have been vilified. I had a meeting with HR, Production Manager and two supervisors due to another employee stating I went in his face yelling and swearing at him, which is completely untrue. Upon telling them what I have been telling my supervisor I was accused of being manipulative, a liar and I had a conspiracy theory going on in my head. Right now I'm suspended, pending investigation. I'm not sure if I should call a lawyer, or if I even have a case. I have everything documented and even have voice recordings.
