A: In Nevada if the personal representative is appointed with Full Authority Under the Independent Administration of Estates Act, the personal rep sets the sales price and give notice to all beneficiaries. The personal rep publishes the time for a court hearing on a given sales price. At the hearing a person wanting to pay more can offer to do so. This is a very brief summary.
