Q: My brother has a baby with his now wife and in flordia their marriage is not working out can he leave state with child?

He lives in Florida and is from Oklahoma where all of his family is from .his wife of a few months is a very neglectful mother and he wants to leave to come back to Oklahoma but don't want to leave his baby .what does he need to do to legally leave Florida with his son that don't include a high prices attorney because he don't have any extra money to obtain council.

A: If they live in Florida he is going to need to consult with an attorney there as Florida law would apply.

A: If he's planning a divorce, it must be filed in Florida. He needs to talk to a lawyer there about leaving with the child and divorced issues.
