Q: Is birth tourism legal? My wife and I want to have our baby in the US.

A: If what you mean is if you will become a US citizen/legal permanent resident by having a child in the United States, the answer is no. Your child can have US citizenship but you don't automatically get it. Also, take into account the costs of health care if you are considering it.
