We weren't even together for 3 months I've had to block him on social media I've blocked his friend on Facebook I've blocked 20 numbers that hes used to contact me and yet he still finds more numbers to use to contact me this has been going on for 3 weeks now I've asked him so many Times to leave me alone and he still won't stop

You need to be as specific as possible with the dates and number of unwanted contacts, and save all his past unwanted contacts (text messages, facebook postings, emails, telephone calls, etc.).
