A: At the bond hearing, the prosecutor will provide the Court a summary of the alleged charges against your husband and your husband’s prior criminal record. Among the main factors the Court will consider in deciding on a bond is whether your husband would be a flight risk and wheether he is a danger to the community or to himself. Based on those factors and any other relevant law, the judge would then decide whether to grant a bond and, if a bind is granted, how much the bond should be. Good luck.
