Q: parents lost rights to kids had another kid was taken also but now able to get him back is this possible?
Heroin parents( both) lost there rights they were taken away we a doubted 2 of the kids another is with foster parents & there a doubted 3 mo ago she had another Ottawa co. was taking baby they ran to KY she had baby they contacted us to come get baby we did he's went threw withdrawal 2 mo. in hospital , Now today they were able to come take the baby back. is this possible ? and why would state allow this ?
