Q: Brother getting charged with domestic violence plea bargain is 2 Years state prison. Doesn’t want to accept.

No prior domestic violence record, police officers took several pictures of balls of hair on floor and his girlfriends face was twice her normal size. She has talked to the da and told him she doesn’t want my brother to do jail time.
