Q: I touched dry blood while shopping in a store can I sue ?
I bought the dry blood to the attention of the employees in the store. The store associate stated there was a guy bleeding in the store, because he was trying to remove security pins prior to me coming.
A:
You can only sue for the damages you received. Other than the eeeew factor, I don't hear you suffered any damages. I assume you washed the area with an antiseptic and/or chlorox to kill any germs and viruses.
Careless of the store to leave blood around, but I'm not seeing that you have medical or other treatment required.
