Q: My ex wife gave custody of our daughter to her sister in virginia, but still collects the child support here in florida.

It's beginning to feel like alamony is this allowable?

A: If the court awarded custody and child support to your ex-wife, it probably is not going to want to micro-manage how your ex spends the money. If she delegates custody to her sister, whether or not, or to what extent, your ex pays her sister is between the sisters.
