Q: Petitioning for relocation, is a form 12.902(e) required?
Child support is already established in my case but we are petitioning for relocation and the child support guidelines worksheet came up when looking up how to file for relocation. Please tell me I don't have to fill that one out as well? It is totally irrelevant to our case.
A: If the number of overnights changes then child support may change. Regardless, you do not need to file it with the original petition.
