And argued with my brother and my mother called cops she told police she didnt want me to go to jail but mental health becauss she felt i was having a melt down (and i believe sincerely i did) i got a pr bond and my therapist / councilor whom i was talking to before i slipped up told me he would talk to my lawyer on my behalf and my mom said she wont testify against me she didnt want me to get in trouble. I attend AA on my own again seein a councilor and mental health psychiatrist and compliant with pretrial. Can case get dropped or at least reduced? If not can i get probation? Ive done so well before i lost it in a alchohol stupor one night just am scared to go to prison over that :( so is family... Currently still living wit mom and mother told DA doesnt want chsrges.
