The car in front of him. Can he get court supervision and not get it on his record? He did get a ticket for following to close for conditions
A: As long as he had car insurance, he almost certainly can. Hopefully a police report was made from the scene. You do not say whether he was cited.
A: Unlikely. Assuming he had coverage his claim is handled by insurance. He can ask the officer if they'd drop it to a no point charge (if it's a point charge). Some will, some won't.
