Q: Received a ticket for riding my motorcycle between lanes. Ticket was written under code 1110A. Can I get this dismissed?
So I was issued the ticket because I passed an officer within the same lane. However, on the ticket the code violation cited is 1110A (failure to obey traffic device). I obeyed all devices, sort of...there is a section of law specifically for motorcycles traveling between lanes.

You can't get it dismissed for that. 1110-a is a catchall in a way. The officer will specify what type of sign you disobeyed at trial.
If you are outside the traffic violations bureau, you can ask for a supporting deposition and the officer will need to specify what sign you violated.
