Q: being threatened about losing my job after they found out Im pregnant I need to know if this is right and fair?

I just started working for this company that does eyelash extensions. I have been working very hard 2 jobs because I am 100 percent capable. After just 2 weeks of being there my manager went through my personal stuff on facebook and looked at my personal pictures and found out I was pregnant that same day she called me and said if I wanted to just quit because I was not yet certified to do eyelashes but I told her NO i am not giving up nor quitting ever since that phone call the manager and owner have been treating me very terrible harrassing text messages threatning me I will lose my job if I dont get certified I have been practicing eye lash extensions like everyone else 7 girls who are new there everyone got certified but me. I have been doing wonderful jobs and havent had no serious complaints and they keep threatning me i have one week or im getting fired. I really feel and know its not my work its ever since they found out im pregnant they are trying to fire me for NO REASON.

A: No. They can't discriminate against you because you are pregnant. If you feel that is the case, a consultation may be worthwhile to determine your claims and option.
