Vancouver, WA asked in Traffic Tickets for Washington

Q: I got a speeding ticket in a school zone by going 28mph and that has to be 20mph Also by not a having license.

What can I do? Can i fight the case if it was my first ticket?

A: Sure you can fight it. School zone tickets are obviously expensive, as are violations for no license. It makes a huge difference if you just left your license at home, as opposed to not having a license.

You should really talk to a lawyer who practices in this area of the law in the county or city where you got the ticket.
